She doesn't just tell the story. She builds something with it.

Kansas City raised, Deborah came up through writing, music, and organizing before she ever wrote policy. In 2018 she met Jesus, and it changed who she was and where she was going. In 2023, He told her four words: Don't Cry for Free.

That message became her lens for everything since — turning pain into purpose, art, books, policy ideas, and systems that help people and organizations. She built two companies to carry the work: Called Out Mvmt and God Factor Consulting LLC.

That conviction carried her from grassroots organizing into legislative-facing research at the Earl Carl Institute, then into government service as a Policy Analyst for Harris County, directing compliance oversight for a $180M+ federal ARPA portfolio.

She is completing an MPA in Law & Public Policy at Liberty University, with law school ahead.
